Description:

  • Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting, installing, and supporting software and hardware.
  • Take incoming calls and identify underlying problems.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service while documenting in ticketing systems.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Networking and/or Customer Service Experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
  • Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
