Description:
- Provide excellent customer service by troubleshooting, installing, and supporting software and hardware.
- Take incoming calls and identify underlying problems.
- Ensure timely and accurate service while documenting in ticketing systems.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Networking and/or Customer Service Experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required.
