Airport Service Coordinator

Southwest Airlines is committed to delivering exceptional customer service and is seeking a skilled Airport Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ground services.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $39,890 based on a 40-hour workweek and a rate of $19.45 per hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating airport services, including loading, unloading, and servicing aircraft, as well as handling cargo and baggage. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other teams to meet flight departure timelines.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to work well with others as part of a team, handle stressful situations, and meet all grooming standards as outlined in the Ground Operations Employee Handbook and the Labor Agreement.
