Part Time Primary Therapist-REMOTE

<strong>W</strong>e are seeking a compassionate and experienced <strong>Remote Primary Therapist</strong> to join our mental health team on a <strong>part-time basis</strong>. In this role, you will provide individual and group therapy via telehealth, supporting clients in achieving emotional and psychological well-being. <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>

<li>Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions via HIPAA-compliant video platforms</li>
<li>Conduct initial clinical assessments and develop treatment plans</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation</li>
<li>Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed</li>
<li>Collaborate with other clinical staff and support teams for coordinated care</li>
<li>Participate in virtual team meetings and supervision sessions</li>
<li>Ensure ethical and culturally competent care aligned with best practices</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field</li>
<li>Active, unrestricted clinical license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PsyD) in at least one U.S. state</li>
<li>Minimum of 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred</li>
<li>Prior telehealth or remote therapy experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills</li>
<li>Comfortable using electronic health records (EHR) and virtual meeting platforms</li>
<li>Must have a private, secure, and distraction-free remote work environment</li>
