<p class="p3">We are looking for a highly skilled <span class="s1"><strong>Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)</strong></span> to join our leadership team as a <span class="s1"><strong>Remote Assistant Clinical Director</strong></span>. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is confident in clinical standards, highly organized, and experienced in onboarding, training, and overseeing other BCBAs.</p>

<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Lead the onboarding and training process</span> for all new BCBAs, ensuring they are fully equipped to meet clinical, documentation, and supervision expectations</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Provide ongoing support and oversight for the entire BCBA team to ensure compliance, quality, and efficiency</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Monitor documentation for insurance compliance, timely billing, sufficient data, and clinically appropriate goal development</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Ensure all BCBAs meet supervision requirements and follow internal guidelines for pairing, goal progression, and BT oversight</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Train BCBAs in Central Reach, including schedule setup, data collection, goal tracking, note conversion, and billing</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Stay up to date with payor requirements and ensure the BCBA team is aligned with current standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Serve as the primary contact for BCBA-related questions, providing clarity, structure, and accountability</p>

<h3><strong>Requirements:</strong></h3>

<ul>

<p class="p1">Active BCBA certification</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Minimum 2 years of BCBA experience</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Strong clinical judgment and understanding of ABA supervision standards</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Advanced knowledge of Central Reach</span> and ability to train others on its use</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Experience with onboarding, training, or clinical leadership strongly preferred</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Familiarity with payor guidelines and insurance compliance requirements</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Strong communication and organizational skills</p>
</li>
<li>
<p class="p1">Comfortable working independently in a remote role</p>
</li>
