Script Writer- Documentary-Style Sports Niche - Contract to hire

Need a documentary style script writer in the sports niche. You must have at least some script writing experience. NO AI! Please don't waste applying if you are planning on using AI or writing software. Structuring the script using AI might be OK but AI scripts won't work with this channel. Research is an important skill for this job. Knowing how to research the video topic and find details to engage the audience and correctly tell the story is crucial. Also- the ability to write engaging hooks in the beginning and knowing how to model the style of other sports documentary style videos on youtube is essential. Learning this format and the questions that must be asked is crucial. Background knowledge about the video idea is also crucial before you start to write the script. In the script, you should also keep in mind that there will be an editor that will likely add in clips to enhance the video. It will often be necessary to include directions to the editor such as "insert clip of (player) talking about the toughness of (character). Communication is important. We will do 1 video per week.
