<h3><strong>Qualifications</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field</li>
<li>Active and unrestricted license in one or more U.S. states (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LPCC, PsyD, PhD)</li>
<li>Minimum of 1–2 years of post-licensure clinical experience preferred</li>
<li>Prior telehealth experience a plus</li>
<li>Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills</li>
<li>Proficient with computers, EHR systems, and virtual platforms</li>
<li>Reliable internet connection and a private, professional remote workspace</li>
<li>Must be legally authorized to work in the United States</li>
