This temporary role is ideal for someone who can step into an existing process, manage high-volume AR tasks efficiently, and maintain positive relationships with both internal teams and external partners.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage full-cycle accounts receivable, including invoicing, cash application, and collections.</li> <li>Reconcile customer accounts and resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.</li> <li>Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions in accordance with accounting standards.</li> <li>Collaborate with internal teams to address billing issues and improve AR processes.</li> <li>Communicate professionally and effectively with customers to ensure timely payments.</li> <li>Provide regular AR aging reports and updates to management.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with company policies and GAAP standards.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul> <li>3+ years of professional AR experience (mid-to-senior level; not a junior role).</li> <li>Solid understanding of accounting principles.</li> <li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.</li> <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li> <li>Positive, adaptable personality with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li> <li>Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar).</li> <li>Preferred: Experience in the consumer goods industry.</li> </ul>
