Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering effective and timely assistance.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the support ticketing system for tracking and reporting purposes.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Monitor and manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Analyze customer feedback and provide insights for improving our services and support processes.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or support, preferably in a live chat environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills with a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while managing several conversations at once.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude in addressing customer needs.
- Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
PAY RATE: $20.00 - $32.19 Hourly
Experience and Skills:
