<p>We are seeking an Account Executive reporting to a Sales Leader in the Commercial organization, covering companies with under 10,000 employees. </p>
<p><strong>What you’ll be doing: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drive and lead the sales process from qualification and introduction through closing and introducing to customer service internal team.</li>
<li>Expand the revenue business through obtaining net new logo customers to reach quota attainment.</li>
<li>Be the liaison between our sales and proposal teams, where you will project-manage RFPs.</li>
<li>Lead and run discovery calls and presentations, with the expectation to create customized presentations.</li>
<li>Be the defacto representative and expert to sell specific products of business that could include, but won’t be limited to, ROI reporting, Utilization Reporting, geo-access/ network reporting, etc.</li>
<li>Attend conferences. </li>
<li>Leverage unique and compelling sales tools, including market-facing presentations and internal enablement guides</li>
<li>Execute against an annual quota by collaborating with internal and external partners (BDR, Strategic Alliance, Benefits Consultants and Brokers, Resellers, etc.)</li>
</ul>
<p>What we expect from you:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's Degree</li>
<li>1+ years of sales experience, preferably in a fast paced startup environment</li>
<li>1+ years of BDR experience if internal to Spring Health</li>
<li>BDR experience prior to AE experience preferred, or relevant prospecting experience</li>
<li>Working knowledge of Google Office Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of the benefits and/or mental health and wellness space preferred</li>
<li>Proactive approach to customer engagements</li>
<li>Strong verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>The ability to travel up to 10% of the year (if required)</li>
<li>You have client-facing experience with mid-to-large size clients </li>
<li>You are a top performer, yet a collaborative and cross-functional player who thrives in a culture of collaboration, accountability, entrepreneurship, with tremendous drive, intelligence, judgment </li>

<p><em>The target base salary range for this position is <strong>$115,000</strong></em><strong> </strong><em>plus bonus</em>, <em>and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
