Business Analyst – Middle

<h2>Overview:</h2><p>SOFTSWISS continues to expand the team and is looking for a Business Analyst.</p><p>We need a true, experienced and accomplished professional who shares our culture and values.</p><h2>Purpose of the role:</h2><p>You will play a key role in shaping an internal ERP system by translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements for the development team.</p><p>Your work will involve close collaboration with stakeholders across the company to understand, formalize, and prioritize requirements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions that automate accounting routines, management reporting, and broader business processes.</p><p>By supporting developers and QA throughout the entire software development lifecycle, you will help build scalable, user-focused products that improve operational efficiency and decision-making across the organization.</p><h2>Key responsibilities:</h2><ul><li>Translation business ideas into well-structured requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Formalization, documentation and visualization of requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Digest complex requirements and convert into acceptance criteria&nbsp;</li><li>Coordination of requirements with the business stakeholders Interaction with the development team&nbsp;</li><li>Development and maintenance of the documentation&nbsp;</li><li>Planning and monitoring of BA process and activities</li></ul><h2>Required Experience:</h2><ul><li> At least 2 years of hands-on experience in BA activities&nbsp;</li><li>Proven business and systems analysis skills coupled with the ability to translate input into well-structured requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Good knowledge of the main notations of visual modelling&nbsp;</li><li>Sufficient knowledge and experience in Agile-based methodologies&nbsp;</li><li>Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile&nbsp;</li><li>Good understanding of technologies and principles of building modern web applications&nbsp;</li><li>English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral)</li></ul><h2>Nice to have:</h2><ul><li>Experience with projects related to development accounting and business applications</li></ul><h2>Our Benefits:</h2><ul><li>Full-time remote work opportunities and flexible working hours</li><li>Private insurance</li><li>Additional 1 Day Off per calendar year</li><li>Sports program compensation</li><li>Comprehensive Mental Health Programme</li><li>Free online English lessons with a native speaker</li><li>Generous referral program</li><li>Training, internal workshops, and participation in international professional conferences and corporate events.</li></ul>
