We are seeking a skilled Sales and Client Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients with professionalism and empathy, conveying the importance of estate planning and elder law services, and collaborating with our team to nurture client relationships. You will also be responsible for maintaining a tracking system to monitor leads, new clients, and referral sources.
This position offers a competitive compensation package based on experience, including a salary range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year, plus additional bonuses. You will also receive a benefits package that includes paid holidays and time off, health insurance coverage, retirement savings plan with employer match, and more.
To succeed in this role, you must have prior experience in sales and customer service, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients. You should also be able to effectively communicate the value of our services to potential clients, think on your feet, and handle discussions about significant price points and intricate issues with care.
