As a Customer Advocate, you'll be the healthcare hero for 50-70 individuals every day. You'll navigate the world of PCPs, meds, appointments, and benefits like a pro, armed with your knowledge and your amazing people skills. And the best part? You'll be making a real impact on people's lives.
<strong>The Deets</strong>
<ul>
<li>This is a full-time gig, Monday through Friday (because everyone needs a little weekend, right?)</li>
<li>You'll need to be flexible and ready to rock one of our 8-hour shifts between 8am and 8pm EST.</li>
<li>Get ready for an intensive 5-week orientation (don't worry, we've got you covered with training and support every step of the way).</li>

<ul>
<li>A keen ear for listening and a knack for finding solutions</li>
<li>The ability to juggle multiple tasks like a pro (think navigating databases while still being your awesome self on the phone)</li>
<li>A passion for helping others and making their day better</li>

<strong>Your Arsenal</strong>
<ul>
<li>High School Diploma (but bonus points if you've got a bachelor's degree under your belt)</li>
<li>At least a year of experience in insurance operations (we know, it doesn't sound exciting, but trust us, it's key)</li>
<li>You're a tech whiz and can handle our MANY web-based systems like a boss</li>
<li>You're all about the details and can keep track of everything</li>
</ul>

<ul>
<li>Healthcare/insurance experience (if you know your way around medical terminology and benefit plans, we want to hear from you)</li>
<li>A background in social work, behavioral health, or anything else that shows you're all about helping others</li>
<li>You're a customer service ninja with mad problem-solving skills</li>
