<p> β’ Manage day-to-day administrative operations to ensure smooth workflows across departments</p>
<p> β’ Maintain and update internal documentation, SOPs, and knowledge bases</p>
<p> β’ Coordinate team communications, scheduling, and documentation using modern digital tools (e.g., Slack, Notion, Google Workspace, Trello)</p>
<p> β’ Oversee and streamline digital filing, data entry, and record management</p>
<p> β’ Track and report operational KPIs, team productivity, and project progress</p>
<p> β’ Provide executive-level support for scheduling, meetings, and travel (if applicable)</p>
<p> β’ Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes for remote team members</p>
<p> β’ Monitor compliance with internal policies and provide logistical support when needed</p>
<p> β’ Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and propose improvements</p>
<p> β’ Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and finance</p>

<p>π Requirements</p>
<p> β’ Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative or operations role (preferably remote)</p>

<p> β’ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English</p>
