American couple to manage resort on remote island atoll area of Belize

<p align="center"><strong><span lang="EN-GB">HAVE MINIMUN OF FIVE YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MANAGEMENT OF A REMOTE RESORT</span></strong></p>
<p><strong><span lang="EN-GB">DUTIES WILL INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:</span></strong></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Manage in areas as follows:</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Briefing and Welcoming guests on their arrival/departure.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Fully satisfy the needs of our clients/guests by exceeding expectations</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Manage inventory control and monitor the usage of restaurant and bar supplies, ensuring that there is maximum usage of supplies.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Supervise staff in areas of housekeeping; bartending, kitchen and waitress services.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Implement quality assurance in regards to laundry sanitation; housekeeping decors and food preparation.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Prepare and submit weekly reports as follows:</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Bar tabs for deductions from salary- end of month</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Time and activity sheets for each employee- payroll purposes – twice per month</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Credit/Visa payments attach to sales receipts; cash inflows – Weekly</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Guest registration forms- completed for BTB – weekly</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Reports on tips received from guests – weekly</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Prepare and submit weekly orders to head-office for the following-(by Monday afternoon of each week:</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Staff/Guests lists on food supplies</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Bartender liquor list and stock sheets</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Housekeeping and Maintenance list as required</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Gift Shop Sales and Inventory balances</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Other:</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Check that meals are prepared and presented ‘On Time” and that sufficient food are available.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">See that comment sheet is given out on Friday to each guest and collected on Saturday morning to be sent in a sealed envelope to City Office address to “ Ms. Michaela Feinstein”</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Verify that a fresh drink be served as complementary to guests upon their arrival, on Island.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">On Friday, have a farewell get together with snacks etc.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Verify that Housekeepers turn down beds and put chocolate/kisses as a complimentary each evening</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Maintenance of grounds; beaches &amp; machines:</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Supervise and verify that all areas surrounding cabanas; beaches; restaurant and all buildings are kept clean and tidy at all times.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Manage the garbage disposal appropriately, separating items for disposal to be sent off the island.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Maintain equipment on the island, as needed, reporting all breakdown immediately for rectification.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Verify that one week supply of fuel and other lubricants are available at all times.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Generators should be appropriately used, while guests are on the Island.  Conserve electricity, to reduce cost, when practicable.</span></p>
<p><span lang="EN-GB">Finally – do a weekly report to the owners on all activities pertaining to the Resort.</span></p>
