<p>This role is for one of Weekday’s clients<br>Min Experience: 8 years<br>JobType: full-time</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Lead and manage the optimization of business processes across our organization. Will play a critical role in<br>identifying inefficiencies, implementing process improvements, and ensuring the successful delivery of optimized workflows.</li> <li>Lead the development and implementation of business process optimization strategies to drive efficiency,<br>reduce costs, and improve overall performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with senior management to align process improvement initiatives with the organization’s<br>strategic goals.</li> <li>Communicate the benefits and impacts of process improvements across the organization.</li> <li>Oversee the analysis of current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and opportunities<br>for improvement.</li> <li>Implement process mapping, data analysis, and workflow automation to optimize operations and enhance<br>productivity.</li> <li>Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Business<br>Process Management).<br> </li> </ul><p><strong>COMPETENCIES</strong></p><ul> <li>Strong knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM (Business<br>Process Management).</li> <li>Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt, Black Belt) or similar process improvement methodologies is a<br>must.</li> <li>8+ years of experience in process optimization, business analysis, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.</li> </ul>
