This role requires a professional who can manage daily operational tasks and contribute to the long-term growth of our e-commerce business.Headquartered in Stockholm, <a rel="noopener" target="_blank" href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/fxswede">FXSWEDE</a> is a remote-first and one of the fastest-growing product development companies in Sweden 🚀 🇸🇪What You Will Do 🪄The Head of Operations will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:Daily & Weekly Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee and manage daily sales performance in the USA, EU, UK, and CA marketplaces. </li><li>Drive initiatives to obtain and maintain "Best Seller" badges for our products. Track BSR lead daily and take action if competition is getting close. </li><li>Manage deal, coupon, and promotion strategies on a daily and weekly basis. </li><li>Improve Frequently Bought Together (FBT) positions on a weekly basis.</li><li>Assist with sales forecasting for all marketplaces on a weekly and monthly basis.</li><li>Track SQP data each week.</li><li>Oversee daily stock levels and make sure we are not under or overstocked.</li></ul><ul><li>Determine and adjust product pricing as needed, a high-priority task.</li><li>Provide Amazon data to other departments as required.</li><li>Flag to operations when we need to place new orders. </li></ul> What You Will Bring To The Table 🗃<ul><li>Min. 5 years proven experience in managing and growing sales on Amazon marketplaces.</li><li>In-depth knowledge of Amazon PPC, keyword optimization, and ranking strategies.</li><li>Proficiency in using AI to develop and streamline SOPs.</li><li>Strong understanding of Amazon's operational and compliance requirements in North America and Europe.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with varying frequencies and priorities.</li><li>Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to lead and collaborate with a team to achieve common goals.</li><li>Experience with sales forecasting and data analysis.</li></ul>This is a role with significant responsibility for the company's performance on Amazon.
