Virtual Assistant for Owner of Shopify eCommerce Business

I am seeking a reliable virtual assistant to support me in executive organization and manage various administrative tasks for me, the owner of a Shopify eCommerce business. The ideal candidate will provide customer support in various channels, streamline processes, manage schedules, perform website updates, and organize content for posting between website and social media (note: I create the content, and just need help organizing it). Strong communication skills and familiarity with Shopify are essential. Familiarity with AI tools that can promote efficiency would be ideal.
