<p>Role Summary:</p>
<p>We’re looking for a detail-oriented, conversion-focused Account Manager to oversee client engagements across digital campaigns, website builds, and performance improvement. This person will serve as the primary contact for clients, acting as their advocate within the agency and ensuring all internal teams understand and deliver against client goals.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul><li>Own end-to-end coordination of digital marketing projects, including strategy development, execution oversight, and performance evaluation.<br></li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients—representing their priorities internally and proactively managing communication.<br></li><li>Work closely with design, development, content, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality deliverables on time and aligned with client objectives.<br></li><li>Lead discovery, strategy, and performance review meetings with clients, translating goals into actionable plans.<br></li><li>Conduct research and provide strategic input on marketing direction, optimizations, and campaign planning.<br></li><li>Monitor key performance metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console. Provide data-backed recommendations for improvement.<br></li><li>Track and ensure timely delivery of tasks and campaigns using internal project management tools.<br></li><li>Drive authentic public client reviews as part of campaign close-out and client success efforts (tied to bonus structure).<br></li></ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul><li>5+ years in digital marketing, account management, or consulting—ideally within an agency setting.<br></li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects concurrently across web, paid media, and organic strategy.<br></li><li>Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp, Asana, or similar).<br></li><li>Strong communication and relationship-building skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.<br></li><li>Experience translating complex performance data into actionable, conversion-focused insights.<br></li></ul>
<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):</p>
<ul><li>Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction (CSAT) based on post-project surveys.<br></li><li>Deliver 90%+ of projects on time and within scope.<br></li><li>Help generate a 10%+ increase in client revenue across tracked campaigns.<br></li><li>Secure authentic, public 5-star reviews from satisfied clients (tracked quarterly).</li><li>Consistent delivery of client-facing reports and recommendations that lead to measurable improvements in traffic, conversion, or engagement.</li></ul>
