<p>In recent years, we have become one of the leading specialists in the international identification of affected vehicle owners and the recovery of unpaid charges.</p>
<p><strong>We are looking for an Application Support Engineer (m/f/d) to strengthen our team.</strong></p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li>Diagnose and resolve application-related issues reported by end-users, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the development team to identify and fix bugs.</li>
<li>Monitor application performance and escalate issues as needed.</li>
<li>Assist in deploying and configuring software updates.</li>
<li>Maintain comprehensive documentation of support procedures, issue logs, and resolution steps.</li>
<li>Participate in training sessions to stay updated on application features and best practices.</li>
<li>Support change management processes, including documentation, impact assessment, and communication.</li>
<li>Manage service provider relationships and escalate issues when necessary.</li>
<li>Provide on-call support as required.</li>
<li>Support the migration of new case management projects.</li>
</ul>
<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li>Degree in (Business) IT or equivalent vocational training.</li>
<li>Foundational understanding of SQL and relational databases.</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Experience working with service providers.</li>
<li>Strong interest in understanding and optimizing business applications and workflows.</li>
<li>Process- and solution-oriented mindset.</li>
<li>Logical and analytical thinking.</li>
<li><strong>Fluency in English, German, and Hungarian is mandatory</strong> for effective communication with stakeholders and users (at least B2)</li>
