<li><strong>Payroll Support:</strong> Coordinate with payroll to ensure all employee data is accurate and payments are processed on time.</li>
<li><strong>Employee Relations:</strong> Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, offering clear guidance and escalating issues as needed.</li>
<li><strong>Policy and Procedure Compliance:</strong> Ensure that HR policies are understood and followed across the organization.</li>

<li><strong>Experience in HR</strong> or administrative support roles (preferred, but entry-level candidates with enthusiasm for HR are encouraged to apply)</li>
<li><strong>Excellent Organizational Skills:</strong> Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently</li>
<li><strong>Strong Communication Skills:</strong> You&rsquo;ll be interacting with employees across all levels, so clarity and professionalism are key</li>
