Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer with excellent academic credentials and a minimum of 5+ years of post-qualification legal experience
,
• Good organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines
,
• (Desirable) Professional fluency in German, written and spoken
,
• (Desirable) Experience advising on and ensuring compliance with EU regulations, particularly in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
,
• (Desirable) A mix of regulatory and transactional experience
,
• (Desirable) High degree of independence, initiative and decisiveness but also desire to be challenged and think outside the box

• We are looking for a Lawyer to support our rapidly growing transportation businesses in Europe
,
• This is an exciting opportunity to shape the regulatory strategy for our transportation businesses across Europe
,
• As our business line Lawyer, you will be a key advisor to business leaders, helping to navigate the complex and evolving legal landscape
,
• You will work closely with subject matter experts, including employment lawyers and public policy teams, to provide effective legal advice
,
• You will own the analysis of transportation regulations, applicable employment laws, and other EU and national legislation to provide comprehensive legal advice to the business
,
• Developing and implementing robust regulatory advice to support new transportation projects and business opportunities
,
• Crafting business-centric solutions to challenges and resolving issues that arise during regulatory interactions
,
• Advising leadership on strategic matters and identifying potential risk areas
,
• Establishing processes that mitigate risk while preserving business agility
,
• The role can be based in London, Munich or Luxembourg. Some travel may be required
