- Be a specialist on dotloop's products and champion customer feedback.
Requirements:
- One year experience in a customer service or communications role.
- Working independently to handle a high volume of customer cases.
- Proficient in web-based products, MS Office, and Salesforce.
- Basic Real Estate knowledge preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
- Need a reliable, consistent internet provider with no workday interruptions.
- Remote work experience preferred.
