Description:

  • Be a specialist on dotloop's products and champion customer feedback.

Requirements:

  • One year experience in a customer service or communications role.
  • Working independently to handle a high volume of customer cases.
  • Proficient in web-based products, MS Office, and Salesforce.
  • Basic Real Estate knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
  • Need a reliable, consistent internet provider with no workday interruptions.
  • Remote work experience preferred.
