POSITION SUMMARY The Behavioral Services Director is a key member of the Staff Leadership Team and is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and monitoring of all behavioral and related service programs at Autism Delaware. This role ensures that services align with the organization’s mission, meet all regulatory and funding requirements, and are delivered with a commitment to innovation, quality, and person-centered values.
