<h1>Your mission</h1><p>We are looking for an <strong>Account Executive who will seek out and engage prospective customers to sell our market leading solutions. </strong><br><br><strong>What will be your day to day?</strong><br></p><ul><li><strong>Demonstrate, promote, and sell Codacy - </strong>Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.</li><li><strong>Develop and foster relationships</strong> - Maintain close communications with prospects to close sales and promote customer retention.</li><li><strong>Outbound prospecting -</strong> proactively generate pipeline to support monthly & quarterly revenue targets </li><li><strong>Meet and exceed targets</strong> - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.</li><li><strong>Track progress and results</strong> - Disciplined recording of prospect interactions and tracking of goal attainment in CRM system.</li><li><strong>Research and understand target market</strong> Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Codacy’s overall market opportunity.</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Your profile</h1><p></p><ul><li>Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written;</li><li>Prior experience in Sales or equivalent experience such as Customer Success or similar;</li><li>Experience working with a technical and/or SaaS product;</li><li>Our customers include developers, Engineering Managers, CTOs and non-technical stakeholders (among others), therefore it is critical that you can:<ul><li>Understand and convey technical information, adapting your approach depending on your audience;</li><li>Build relationships with a wide variety of people and seniorities.</li></ul></li><li>Some level of industry knowledge and their key business processes (or a high propensity to learn);</li><li>Be able to solve complex problems with incomplete information;</li><li>Independent thinker with the ability to recognise where processes can be improved and who to collaborate with to improve them.</li></ul><strong>Requirements</strong>:<br><ul><li>3+ years experience selling a product or service</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent</li><li>Excellent ability to manage and build relationships</li><li>Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals</li><li>Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating</li><li>Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs</li><li>Familiarity with Hubspot or other similar CRM systems (like Salesforce)</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Why us?</h1><p></p><ul><li>Competitive Salary.
