In this role, you will be responsible for accurately processing and updating financial records, resolving credit-related issues, and communicating with customers regarding account discrepancies.

<li>Update account statuses and document all resolution efforts</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate credit adjustments</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality and comply with data security regulations</li>
<li>Meet daily and weekly resolution targets</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong> Qualifications & Skills:</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)</li>
<li>Proven experience in data entry, finance, or credit-related roles is a plus</li>
<li>Strong typing skills (35+ WPM) and proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets</li>
<li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently</li>
