You will be responsible for designing and implementing critical backend systems that support millions of users while ensuring ultra-low latency, high availability, and seamless performance.</p><p>This is a high-impact role where you'll work on cutting-edge backend solutions for cloud-scale gaming infrastructure.</p><p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p><ul><li>Architect and develop highly scalable, distributed backend services to support real-time gaming interactions.</li><li>Optimize performance and reduce latency in microservices-based architectures handling millions of concurrent users.</li><li>Ensure high availability, fault tolerance, and efficient resource utilization in a cloud-based environment.</li><li>Design and implement high-throughput data pipelines for real-time event processing.</li><li>Develop and manage robust APIs, databases, and caching layers to efficiently handle gaming sessions.</li><li>Work in an agile, fast-paced environment, taking ownership of core backend services.</li><li>Mentor and guide team members, fostering engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.</li></ul><br> <b>Requirements</b><br><p><br></p><ul><li> 7+ years of experience developing large-scale backend systems in <strong>Node.js</strong> with <strong>microservices.</strong></li><li> Deep expertise in performance optimization, and <strong>real-time event-driven</strong> architectures.</li><li> Strong background in <strong>distributed systems,</strong> caching strategies, and concurrency handling.</li><li> Hands-on experience designing and optimizing NoSQL databases for high-scale workloads.</li><li> Expertise with message queues, event streaming, and real-time data processing (Kafka, Redis, RabbitMQ, etc.).</li><li> Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, containerization, orchestration and Docker.</li><li> Experience with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and security best practices for scalable backend systems.</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>Experience in managing infrastructure resources, implementing custom autoscaling, and interacting with the Kubernetes API/Control plane</li><li>Familiarity with TypeScript</li></ul><br>
