<p dir="ltr">Cupix, a leader in 3D virtualization and digital twin technology for the AEC / Construction market has an immediate opening for an <strong>Account Executive </strong>to join our rapidly growing Sales Team. Cupix’s cloud-based software platform and mobile capture app create the easiest possible way of 360 immersive photo-documentation and progress tracking of physical spaces, providing spatial intelligence to remote teams and facilitating actionable insights. Our products digitally disrupt several industries, including construction, architecture design, and facility management.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">In this role, you’ll be responsible for owning a regional territory and applying an understanding of Cupix’s products, sales methodology, processes, qualification techniques, and customer base while selling to strategic account with a focus on companies that can benefit our world class 3D digital twin software for the construction, architecture design, BIM/VDC, and facility management industries. The primary function of this position is to acquire new accounts and upsell or cross-sell leveraging existing accounts in your target territory.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr">You will be reporting to the VP of Sales. Cupix is obsessed with developing our team and helping them take the next step in their career.&nbsp;</p>
<p dir="ltr"><strong>To be successful in this role, you’ll perform the following:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Working from your virtual office, develop a deep understanding of Cupix’s products, value proposition, competitive advantages, and industries served, with a demonstrated ability to explain technical concepts and technology to a variety of audiences.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Develop sales plans for territory development to build rapport and create and win opportunities.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Network within your assigned territory / region, and travel as needed to customer sites. ● Provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requested forecasts.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Manage and maintain accurate contacts, accounts, and opportunity information within our CRM system (Salesforce).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets&nbsp;</li>
<li>Obtain repeat business, referrals, and references by applying the understanding of the unique requirements of your customers&nbsp;</li>
<li>Approach all deals with a customer-focused mentality and a long-term consultative approach.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally with key internal partners such as BDR, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Accounting, and Legal.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Your Qualifications:&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.&nbsp;</li>
<li>6+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably with B2B software companies focusing on architectural design, construction, facility management, or the 3D reality capture industry.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to develop trusted relationships.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience at a high-growth startup is a plus.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecasting.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce).&nbsp;</li>
<li>Highly organized, with strong attention to detail.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Analytically driven with the ability to understand the difference between interesting and actionable data.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborative team player and self-starter.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills.&nbsp;</li>
<li dir="ltr">Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.&nbsp;</li>
