<p>We are looking for a motivated and driven 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus solely on the <strong>delivery side </strong>of the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and managing candidates – while a 360 recruiter or BD team handles the client acquisition side. </p><p>This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building strong candidate relationships and making impactful placements without the pressure of sales or business development. </p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Source and attract candidates using a variety of platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, database, etc.) </p><ul> <li>Conduct CV screening and candidate interviews (phone/video/in-person) </li> <li>Match candidates to job specifications and present suitable profiles to consultants or clients </li> <li>Manage candidate pipeline and update CRM/ATS systems regularly </li> <li>Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback </li> <li>Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process – from application to offer and onboarding </li> <li>Maintain regular contact with active candidates and build talent pools for future opportunities </li> <li>Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience at all times </li> <li>Collaborate closely with 360 consultants to understand role requirements and delivery timelines </li> <li>Contribute to team targets and support wider recruitment campaigns </li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p>Proven experience in recruitment delivery, resourcing, or a similar administrative/people-focused role </p><ul> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills </li> <li>Able to manage high-volume candidate pipelines </li> <li>Highly organized and detail-oriented </li> <li>Tech-savvy – experienced with CRM/ATS systems, job boards, and LinkedIn Recruiter </li> <li>Resilient, proactive, and driven by targets </li> <li>Capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment </li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Desirable:</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience within a specific industry sector (i.e. tech, health, finance, engineering, etc.)</li> <li>Familiarity with compliance and onboarding processes</li> <li>Strong interview and assessment skills</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Competitive base salary with commission/bonus structure </p><ul> <li>Ongoing training and development </li> <li>Career progression pathways </li> <li>Collaborative and supportive team culture </li> <li>Tools and resources to support your success </li> </ul>
