The Benefit Verification Representatives are responsible for benefits investigations and verifications for complex drugs through major medical and pharmacy benefits. The Supervisor will provide oversight for the benefit verification team to ensure accurate verifications and data entry have been completed. The supervisor will ensure that the team is trained, growth, and motivated. They will assist with hiring staff for incremental growth or re-staffing open positions. The role will validate the accuracy of the team's work and ensure that performance goals are met. Interfaces with a variety of internal customers including account managers, sales, pharmacy managers, contingent workforce managers, manufacturer representatives, reimbursement and upper management.
