<p><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">We are seeking an experienced, motivated, and results-oriented Account Executive to join our team in EMEA region. The ideal candidate will have a robust background within the HR tech space, with experience in outbound sales to the mid-market sector. This role reports directly into the regional sales leader.</span></p>

<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Business Development:</strong> Actively build and manage a sales pipeline, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring consistent growth in revenue.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Client Engagement:</strong> Leverage an existing network of clients and partners to quickly engage and generate new business opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Solution Selling:</strong> Understand customer needs and position Horizons’ EOR and payroll solutions as the best fit, providing tailored proposals and solutions.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Market Expansion:</strong> Contribute to the strategic growth of Horizons in the EMEA region by identifying new markets and opportunities for expansion.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maximize business potential.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Negotiation &amp; Closing:</strong> Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring alignment with both customer needs and Horizons’ business goals.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Reporting &amp; Forecasting:</strong> Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline management, and performance.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><strong>Relationship Management:</strong> Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, ensuring long-term partnerships and continued revenue growth.</span></li>

<ul>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Minimum of 5 years sales experience and min 2 years of experience in outbound sales within HR tech, ideally within the EOR or Payroll sectors.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">A strong existing network of clients and partners within the HR tech industry that can be leveraged for immediate business opportunities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Strong understanding of the EOR and payroll landscape, with the ability to position solutions effectively.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;">Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.</span></li>
