<p>We are looking for a highly-motivated Account Executive to grow our partnerships in the university space, specifically focusing on selling Musto Careers as a supplementary subscription to the 12twenty platform. Your role will be to expand and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients, evangelize the value of Musto Careers alongside 12twenty, and close new business to further solidify our leadership in the industry.</p>
<p>You'll be interacting with individuals ranging from Administrators to Deans and University Provosts, requiring a balance of charm, sophistication, and excellent communication skills. <p><strong>Responsibilities Include:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and maintain quality relationships with Career Center administrators and other key university stakeholders to showcase the value of Musto Careers as a supplement to 12twenty</li>
<li>Conduct virtual and in-person demos of both the 12twenty platform and the Musto Careers subscription to drive interest and sales</li>
<li>Meet and exceed revenue goals by selling Musto Careers as an add-on solution to existing 12twenty customers</li>
<li>Prepare and negotiate sales proposals and contracts, ensuring that both products align with client needs</li>
<li>Collaborate closely with the Implementation, Customer Success, and Product Teams to gather feedback and ensure customer satisfaction with both offerings</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>2+ years of sales experience in higher education, career services, or education technology, preferably with experience selling supplementary or add-on solutions</li>
<li>Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills</li>
<li>A hunter sales mentality with excellent prospecting skills and the ability to upsell existing clients</li>
<li>A self-starter who thrives in a team-oriented environment but can independently manage their sales pipeline</li>
<li>Dedication to professionalism and excellence in all interactions</li>
</ul>

<li>Work experience in Higher Education or career services</li>

<p><strong>Annual compensation range:</strong> $85,000 to $110,000 OTE</p>
