Airline Ground Operations Specialist

At Southwest Airlines, we are seeking an experienced Airline Ground Operations Specialist to join our team. As a Ramp Agent, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our ground services. This is a full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $39,890 based on a 40-hour workweek and a rate of $19.45 per hour.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing legendary customer service to our passengers, handling cargo and baggage, and ensuring that our aircraft are prepared for departure. You will also have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with other teams to meet flight departure timelines.

To be successful in this role, you must be able to lift and move items of up to 70 pounds, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis. You must also be able to work in cramped or high places and maintain the ability to wear prescribed uniforms.
