We are seeking a Real Estate lawyer to join our highly regarded Manchester team. This is an innovative firm with a forward-thinking approach, offering excellent training, support, and a comprehensive financial package.

The Role:

• You will be part of a Legal 500 recommended real estate team.
• You will join a dedicated managed legal services client service team, working alongside the broader real estate lawyers.
• As an extension of one client's in-house legal team, you will provide outsourced managed legal services.
• The managed legal services team manages the client's property estate.
• This is an exciting opportunity to deliver legal services in a new way to a household name client, acting as a one-stop shop for all legal services usually carried out by the client's in-house team.
• You will work with the latest technology to deliver legal services, collaborating with the in-house legal tech team.
• Your responsibilities will include underleases, lease renewals, licenses, disposals, and acquisitions.

Candidate Requirements:

• Solid real estate experience from a large national/international firm, regional or smaller firm with a solid real estate practice.
• A good academic record.
