<p><strong>Role Purpose:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Account Managers ensure customers maximize the value of using Jumio’s ID Verification products – helping them to eliminate identity fraud and onboard customers quickly and securely. There is also a commercial emphasis on achieving revenue growth within existing accounts by finding new areas and use cases for our range of market-leading products.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>Role Value:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Account Managers are responsible for over 75% of Jumio’s revenue and 100% of our customers. Balancing customer satisfaction and commercial objectives mean this is a crucial position that directly impacts our customers, revenue, and EBITDA growth.&nbsp;</span></p>
<p><strong>Example Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leading the overall long-term strategy and relationships across the assigned account portfolio.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Achieving financial targets and growth across a range of accounts of different size and industry.&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work with their manager to define account strategies and identify opportunities to drive business expansion</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Interact with clients to ensure customer satisfaction by taking a consultative approach</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop and execute against account plan, meet and exceed targets</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Articulate compelling value propositions about Jumio’s services</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Work cross functionally with Solution Engineering, Marketing and Finance to maximize account growth</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Draft and present business reports</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Provide insight and feedback to Product and Marketing teams that help to continually enhance our products, features and the value we deliver to customers.&nbsp;</span></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Experience and Qualifications:</strong><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Positive attitude, team oriented and self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve account plan and contribute to the goals of the organization</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven account management experience within a commercial account management role (outbound)&nbsp;</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue and growth targets</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience with Salesforce</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Professional, ambitious, determined and results oriented mind set</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in FSI and gaming markets for Security and Compliance is preferred</span></li>
