Overview

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations in the establishment, ensuring smooth functioning of both the kitchen and front-of-house services.

- Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals, while maintaining quality control.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills in bartending, culinary techniques, and customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
- Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience.
Skills
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
- Experience in bartending or culinary arts is highly desirable.
- Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on maintaining high service standards.
