Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in a dynamic hospitality environment. Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily operations in the establishment, ensuring smooth functioning of both the kitchen and front-of-house services.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
  • Oversee food safety protocols, ensuring compliance with health regulations and maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and presentation of meals, while maintaining quality control.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members, enhancing their skills in bartending, culinary techniques, and customer service.
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Manage inventory levels for food and beverage supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock.
  • Implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall guest experience.

Skills

  • Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential.
  • Experience in bartending or culinary arts is highly desirable.
  • Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on maintaining high service standards.

Pay: £33,082.00-£35,880.00 per year
