Requirements Must: - 2-4 years of business analysis experience. - Knowledge of the Requirements Engineering Process and experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). - Experience applying techniques suitable for the business context, such as Business Process Modelling (BPMN), Context Diagrams, Use Cases, SWOT analysis, MOST analysis, and Business Activity Models. - Proficiency in communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences. - Experience working with a range of business and technical stakeholders in an agile environment. - Familiarity with various prioritization techniques (RoM, t-shirt sizing, MoSCoW, etc.). - Understanding of user-centric design, including non-functional aspects such as security, privacy, accessibility, performance, and reliability. - Business Analysis certification is highly desirable. Responsibilities - Bridge the gap between all business stakeholders, both internal and external, including Sales, Project Management, Technical Architecture, Development, QA Testing, and service support colleagues. - Understand the change needs of our clients, investigate business problems and opportunities, and facilitate the delivery of necessary changes through business analysis techniques and documentation. - Conduct discoveries, plan, scope, analyze, and communicate findings that support design decisions based on user needs. - Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment and lead workshops and inclusive design initiatives. - Engage with stakeholders as an effective communicator, translating business needs into traceable requirements and demonstrating how solutions meet those needs with measurable value. - Work collaboratively to maintain a prioritized backlog of requirements/user stories, elaborate epics and user stories, and assist the Delivery Manager/Scrum Master in managing Agile boards. - Own and improve the user story lifecycle, including definitions of ready/done, user story kick-off, and sign-off. - Collaborate with other Business Analysts, Product Managers, Delivery Managers, Technical Leads, QA, and external stakeholders on site. - Utilize communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to achieve the team’s plans and objectives.
