Assistant Disposition Manager VA

<p><strong>Position Overview:</strong><br><br>As the <strong>Assistant Disposition Manager</strong>, you will play a key role in the sales and transaction process for our wholesale properties. You’ll work closely with the Disposition Manager to handle the marketing and buyer-side communications, ensuring that each deal progresses smoothly from contract to close.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p><br><strong>Buyer Management</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Add and maintain buyer contacts in our CRM system (REsimpli)</li> <li>Actively grow and segment our buyer database through outreach and networking</li> <li>Qualify new buyers and understand their purchasing criteria</li> </ul><p><br><strong>Property Marketing</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Create and distribute marketing materials for each property under contract</li> <li>Post properties on platforms such as InvestorBase, Facebook groups, and other real estate forums</li> <li>Manage email campaigns and property blasts using Constant Contact</li> </ul><p><br><strong>Communication &amp; Transaction Support</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for buyer inquiries on available deals</li> <li>Provide timely responses and updates throughout the transaction lifecycle</li> <li>Schedule and coordinate property showings or walkthroughs when needed</li> </ul><p><br><strong>CRM &amp; System Management</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Ensure all property and buyer data is accurately recorded in REsimpli</li> <li>Track buyer engagement and interest using CRM tools</li> <li>Maintain a well-organized digital record of all deals and interactions</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>Previous experience in real estate wholesaling, sales, or transaction coordination is a plus</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Highly organized with excellent attention to detail</li> <li>Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple platforms and tools</li> <li>Self-motivated with a desire to grow in the real estate investment space</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Tools &amp; Platforms You’ll Use:</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>REsimpli (CRM &amp; workflow management)</li> <li>InvestorBase (property listing platform)</li> <li>Facebook (groups, marketplace, and networking)</li> <li>Constant Contact (email campaigns and updates)</li> </ul>
