If you live for ROAS, thrive on rapid testing, and know how to engineer winning campaigns at scale, this role is for you.</p><p>This is not a beginner position—you’ll be expected to hit the ground running, own your media buying pipeline, and scale campaigns that drive serious results.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul> <li>Manage and scale high-volume Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) with budgets of $10K/day+ per offer</li> <li>Own all phases of campaign management: from strategy, launch, and testing to optimization and scaling</li> <li>Collaborate with affiliate managers and funnel teams to align offers, landing pages, and creatives for maximum conversion</li> <li>Run structured creative testing and landing page split tests to drive improvements in CTR, CVR, and AOV</li> <li>Monitor performance metrics like ROAS, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and LTV—optimize aggressively</li> <li>Track and report on campaign performance using attribution tools (Voluum, RedTrack, Google Analytics, etc.)</li> <li>Ensure compliance with ad policies, vertical-specific guidelines, and tracking accuracy across all campaigns</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><p></p><ul> <li>5+ years of experience in Google Ads with a focus on affiliate offers or DTC performance marketing</li> <li>Demonstrated ability to manage $10K+ daily ad spend per offer—ideally across multiple verticals (e.g., health, beauty, finance, lifestyle)</li> <li>Strong technical skills in campaign architecture, keyword strategy, bidding, and conversion tracking</li> <li>Familiarity with third-party tracking platforms (Voluum, RedTrack, FunnelFlux, etc.)</li> <li>Deep understanding of Google Ads policy, ad disapprovals, cloaking tools, and compliance nuances in the affiliate world</li> <li>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to quickly interpret data and take decisive action</li> <li>Strong communication and self-management skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment</li> </ul><p></p><p><strong>Nice to Have</strong></p><ul> <li>Experience with pre-sell pages and advertorial funnels</li> <li>Proficiency in copywriting and ad creative direction</li> <li>Hands-on experience with other channels like Meta, TikTok, or native as secondary skill sets</li> <li>Knowledge of affiliate networks and CPA/CPL payout models</li> </ul>
