To keep pace with our growing agency we are recruiting for an&nbsp;<strong>Account Executive</strong> or <strong>Senior Account Executive</strong>. <p><strong>Account Executive Essential Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Implement projects to promote and ensure the success and profitability of your client's deliverables.</li>
<li>Support client services' efforts by handling projects, collaborating with the Project Management team to develop timelines, communicate achievements and identify possible red flags in projects.</li>
<li>Drive the daily activities of a project by managing project scope, scope change, and potential project roadblocks, according to the timeline and budgets.</li>
<li>Coordinate/participate in content planning meetings with key content experts.</li>
<li>Daily client contact, prepare client contact reports and summarizes next steps.</li>
<li>Facilitate the medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure promotional items adhere to medical/regulatory/legal compliance.</li>
<li>Contribute to the development of client proposals, budgets and reconciliations and monitor budget including direct and labor costs; checking for out of scope items and hours.</li>
<li>Assist with preparing financial and forecasting reports.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Senior Account Executive Essential Duties:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Manage communications with team members regarding initial/ongoing information and status.</li>
<li>Assist Client Services team to support the development of new business initiatives, identifying opportunities for organic growth within your assigned account</li>
<li>Coordinate pitch presentations and request for proposals.</li>
<li>Lead point of contact for assigned projects within the client account</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications<br></strong><br>Required:&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in marketing, communications, or advertising</li>
<li>1-3+ years of Account Services experience within healthcare/pharmaceutical advertising, marketing, communication or related industry</li>
<li>Experience with direct client contact</li>
<li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suit</li>
</ul>
<p>Preferred:</p>
<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience with clients’ online submission systems for medical/regulatory and legal reviews (e.g., Zinc or Veeva)</li>
<li>Medical communications or healthcare industry experience</li>
<li>Experience in writing SOWs and project briefs</li>
<li>Launch experience&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
