PART-TIME Virtual Patient Concierge/Admin Assistant Needed- Please see specific hours needed

HI There- We are a physical therapy clinic located in Philadelphia, PA looking for virtual assistant that has an empathetic and kind personality but that is a fast learner, can multi task, stay highly organized and is a team player. Job tasks are literally helping us with any admin and patient care related items such as answer phones, schedule new clients, faxing out evaluations/PT notes, using excel to updated physician addresses, filling in cancelled appointments ect....

We use two online systems so you must have an updated computer for this job. We are looking for specific hours:

Monday-Thursdays: 8AM-10AM EST

Friday: 12PM-4:30PM EST

Weekends: 2.5 hrs

We will also need help for Holiday hours:
