Retail Service Team Etihad Stadium

We are seeking enthusiastic and experienced Retail Service Team Members to join our quick-serve outlets located at Etihad Stadium. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering fast, friendly, and efficient service in a high-energy environment, particularly during busy matchday events. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high street-style atmosphere and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver fast and efficient service: Handle customer orders at the counter or kiosk quickly and accurately, ensuring minimal wait times while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Process transactions: Manage cash and card payments efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed at the till.
• Stock and replenish: Ensure that all products, including food and beverages, are well-stocked and displayed attractively, following hygiene and safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness: Keep service areas, counters, and dining spaces clean and tidy during and after shifts, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Engage with customers: Provide friendly and helpful service, answering any queries about the menu and products, and ensuring customers feel valued.
• Work under pressure: Manage busy periods, particularly during matchday rushes, while maintaining a positive attitude and ensuring quick service.
• Collaborate with the team: Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations, supporting each other to meet customer demands and maintain the flow of service.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or quick-service environment.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle high volumes of transactions and manage time effectively during peak periods.
• A team-player mentality with the ability to work quickly and efficiently.
• Basic cash handling skills and the ability to operate a till.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and matchdays.
