Certifications Co-ordinator

<p>We are looking for a certifications <strong>Co-ordinator </strong>to support our Technical Compliance Manager and our growing Compliance team. You will have the opportunity to work on various projects across the multi-jurisdictional compliance sphere.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>An appropriate degree in IT.</li> <li>2 years’ experience working in a development or i-gaming environment.&nbsp;</li> </ul><p></p><p></p><h3><strong>Requirements</strong></h3><ul><li>Work collaboratively with multiple certification houses and business units to ensure accurate and timely certification of new and existing games.&nbsp;</li></ul><ul> <li>Raise and mitigate risks associated with certification delivery.</li> <li>Carry out technical compliance checks according to jurisdictional requirements and communicate with the relevant internal teams to fix identified deficiencies before sending materials to the testing houses.&nbsp;</li> <li>Review all certifications received from testing houses for accuracy.&nbsp;</li> <li>Maintain accurate up-to-date records for all certified games to be used as a reference by the business and its customers.</li> <li>Ensure game certificates and other certification documents are stored locally for access from within the business.</li> <li>Carry out monthly compliance audits to ensure all certifications are accurate and up to date.</li> <li>Create and maintain internal schedules and documents to track certification projects, associated costs and certificates received for each jurisdiction.&nbsp;</li> <li>Create and provide all certification documents required by customers.</li> <li>Work closely with the Compliance team to ensure timely requests, retrieval, storage and communication of regulatory approvals.</li> <li>Ensure customer-facing portals are up to date with the latest certification documents.</li> <li>Assist operational teams with ad hoc queries.</li> <li>Liaise with various departments and obtain necessary information in a timely manner.&nbsp;</li> <li>Promote game certification compliance within the business and solve problems as required.</li> <li>Participate in any technical and business required projects as required by the Technical Compliance Manager.</li> <li>Plus any other tasks required by the company.</li> </ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>🎰 Join us to be a part of the international iGaming market with a top European solution provider;</p><p>💰 A nice bonus system as a cool addition to your salary;</p><p>📆 Unlimited vacation and sick leave.
