Contract: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday

About Severn Edge Veterinary Group:

Our practices are in Donnington, Madeley, Broseley and Much Wenlock. We are part of Severn Edge Veterinary group which includes our Out-of-hours Hospital in Bridgnorth.

There are all the facilities of a modern practice covering those sites: laparoscopic kit, digital and dental x-ray, operation suites, cat-friendly cattery and kennels, pulse ox, capnography, ECG, blood pressure monitor, ultrasound, in-house biochemistry, electrolytes, haematology, microscope and dental machine.

About the role:

The Practice Manager will report into the Senior Practice Director and will work in partnership with other key members of the Practice Management team to ensure we provide an outstanding and professional service to our clients and their patients for all 4 Severn Edge Sites collectively known as Hub 3.

Within this role, you will be involved in all aspects of managing a multi-site team, including:

• Financial responsibility
• Debt control
• Client complaints
• People management and premises management

What we're looking for in our Veterinary Practice Manager:

• A clean UK Driving License as you will need to be able to travel between all three sites
• Previous veterinary experience and a clinical qualification is preferred but not essential
• Managerial or leadership experience would be advantageous
• The ability to demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
• You should be resourceful with strong leadership and planning skills
• Outstanding organisational and problem-solving skills
• Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office
