<li>Prospects, qualifies and generates sales to achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas. Research and contact prospects to identify key contacts, qualify, and drive leads through the sales pipeline.</li>
<li>Engages prospects through consultative sales practices &amp; programs identified by Sales Management.</li>
<li>Identifies and closes additional purchases of products and services.</li>
<li>Works closely with Customer Services.</li>
<li>Engages in technical discussions with potential clients through demonstrations and presentations.</li>
<li>Remains knowledgeable and up-to-date on changes and developments in 8estpass's scope of business.</li>
<li>Keeps management informed of all activity, including timely preparation of reports.</li>
<li>Knowledgeable on 8estpass products and services as well as customer needs and requirements.</li>

<ul>
<li>2+ years of 828 experience with inside sales preferably selling Saas</li>
<li>Proven track record of successful phone sales</li>
<li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong listening and presentation skills</li>
<li>Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time</li>
<li>Persistence</li>
<li>Technology expertise; CRM systems, MS Office products</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently as well as in a team</li>
<li>Ability to travel +/- 20%</li>
<li>Associate degree; bachelor's preferred</li>

<p>This position has a base salary range of $53 000 - $63 000 per year. Once commissions start rolling in, your OTE (on-target earnings) can double your salary.</p>
