Right now, we are looking for an Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our team at KNIME in Austin, TX or remotely in the US.*</p><br><h1>Who you are</h1><p>You are a revenue-oriented professional who puts the customer at the center of everything you do.<br>You can identify a solid opportunity and bring it to fruition, but also know when to walk away. You<br>are tenacious but not pushy, you bring credibility but also empathy. You are a self-starter and have<br>the confidence to push into the unknown without any promise of success. You have a track record of<br>success at a software/tech company working with Enterprise Accounts. You are analytical and use<br>data to make decisions on where to spend time and money.<br>You should be driven by a strong desire to build and maintain relationships with happy customers<br>and help them solve their problems. You think strategically, can put a plan together with your<br>customers to drive value for them, and drive revenue.<br>An understanding of data science would be nice but is not a must-have as we can teach you what you<br>need to know.</p><br><h1>That's the job</h1><p></p><p>This role requires you to identify and sign up new Enterprise customers and expand existing relationships in alignment with KNIME’s core values. You will be the main contact for a set number of accounts and will work together with our Solutions Engineers and broader team members to strategically approach clients, understand their needs, help with software demonstrations, evaluations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring customer happiness. We’re looking for someone to join us in Austin, Texas at our Americas HQ, although remote candidates may be considered.</p><p></p><br><h1>What we offer</h1><p></p>
