We are looking for creative, innovative, and collaborative people like you to join our team.<br> <br><b>Take your ambitions to the next level</b><br> <ul> <li>Support and assist Microsoft D365 FO ERP clients for our Customer Support Department;</li><li>Assist with:<br> <ul> <li>training;</li><li>troubleshooting and identifying issues;</li><li>documenting new business processes;</li><li>writing functional design documents;</li><li>testing and data migration;</li><li>reporting.</li></ul> </li></ul> <br><b>When it just clicks!</b><br> <br>Does this sound like you?<br> <ul> <li>Minimum of three years of FO experience, with at least three full implementations in manufacturing companies;</li><li>Minimum of one D365 implementation;</li><li>Professional experience in warehousing for a manufacturing company (asset);</li><li>Excellent at consulting and training online over Zoom and Microsoft Teams;</li><li>Fluent in the D365 Warehouse management solution's capabilities;</li><li>Highly organized;</li><li>Ability to:<br> <ul> <li>work with up to two clients at a time;</li><li>drive the client.</li></ul> </li><li>Self-starter and willing to adapt to Alithya's methodologies;</li><li>Strong business acumen and AX skills;</li><li>Creativity, passion and a sense of integrity;</li><li>Enthusiasm, innovation, open-mindedness, team player and eager to learn.</li></ul> <br> Language skills: <ul> <li> English: Advanced </li> </ul></div>
