<p><strong>About the Gig:</strong></p>
<p>As a Sercante Account Director, you will be on the front line of driving growth. You will be a member of our sales team and spend your days focusing on uncovering new projects, solving problems for customers, &amp; setting our team up for success post-sale.&nbsp;</p>
<p>Your primary focus will be on biz dev activities that spread the word about Sercante.&nbsp; You will manage the entire sales process from a new lead to a closed won opportunity.&nbsp;</p>

<p><strong>A Day-in-the-Life:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Respond to inbound inquiries about Pardot, Marketing Cloud, and Sales Cloud projects &amp; leading introductory calls</li>
<li>Reach out to warm leads from events, training, and content marketing</li>
<li>Lead discovery conversations to uncover client needs&nbsp;</li>
<li>With the support of our delivery &amp; solution engineering team, scope solutions and pricing&nbsp;</li>
<li>Create proposals for clients that reflect their needs and show that we understand their business</li>
<li>Participate in marketing campaigns &amp; events to connect with prospects &amp; clients resulting in sales opportunities</li>
<li>Attend &amp; represent Sercante at industry &amp; networking events to drive new business</li>
<li>Leverage Salesforce and Sercante templates/tools to run an efficient sales process</li>
<li>Work closely with Delivery to ensure proper scoping &amp; expectation management&nbsp;</li>
<li>Participate in weekly team meetings for sales pipeline updates, sales huddles, &amp; weekly 1:1 meetings</li>
<li>Partner with Delivery Teams in thinking through upsell opportunities for clients &amp; proactively pursuing those opportunities resulting in add-on work &amp; revenue</li>

<p><strong>A Successful Account Director will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Maintain a sales pipeline of a minimum of 10+ active opportunities weekly</li>
<li>Achieve a minimum of $2MM in closed sales in year</li>
<li>Prior Salesforce consulting sales experience</li>
<li>Display a deep understanding &amp; passion for all things Salesforce</li>
<li>Have hands-on experience working daily in a leading CRM, preferably Salesforce</li>
<li>Be motivated to generate pipeline and drum up new leads</li>
<li>Be persistent and tenacious&nbsp;</li>
<li>Build strong relationships internally and externally&nbsp;</li>
<li>Have strong business acumen and work well with marketers &amp; business leaders at all levels of an organization</li>
<li>Display a thoughtful, thorough, organized approach to managing day-to-day complexities &amp; be extremely proactive &amp; responsive</li>
