They pride themselves on using environmentally friendly, non-toxic products to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our clients and their families.</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive <strong>Virtual Assistant</strong> to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who excels at managing schedules, providing excellent customer service, and supporting a cleaning business's daily operations.<br><br></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Manage and finalize the cleaning crew's schedule, typically 10 days in advance.</li><li>Act as the first point of contact for clients and cleaning crew. Address and resolve issues such as access to properties or appointment changes.</li><li>Communicate any gaps in the schedule to the sales team to help with filling appointments.</li><li>Act as the backup to the sales team, covering absences, etc.</li><li>Track customer payments, update and maintain internal documentation, and assist with special projects and reports as needed.</li><li>Manage the recruitment pipeline for new team members.<br><br></li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a virtual assistant, administrative, or customer service role.</li><li>Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Spanish proficiency is a plus.</li><li>Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.</li></ul><p><br><br></p><p><strong>Technical Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Prior experience with <strong>GoHighLevel</strong> is a significant advantage.</li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft <strong>Excel</strong> (basic to intermediate level) is required.</li><li><strong>Jobber</strong> knowledge/experience is a plus</li><li>Reliable remote work setup including a computer, backup computer, headset, camera, backup Wi-Fi, and a backup power source.</li></ul><p><br><br></p>
