Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong expertise in business analysis, solution delivery, and technology.
• You will lead teams to deliver projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, user stories), manage stakeholder relationships, and solve complex business problems through data and process analysis.
• Experience in delivering operations technology solutions, including process automation, KPI/KRI definitions, and MI dashboards, is essential.
• You will also manage IT project governance, risk management, and reporting.
• Strong influencing and leadership skills are key, along with the ability to manage a portfolio of work.
• Spanish is a nice-to-have.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage stakeholders and development teams to deliver control solutions.
• Analyze business needs and propose functional/technical solutions.
• Plan and manage user stories for developers.
• Implement IT governance, risk management, and consistent reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for cross-team interactions and project coordination.
