Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled freelance Reddit Community Manager with proven experience in starting and managing Reddit communities. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and growing subreddits focused on football, TV shows, and special events. Your primary goal will be to drive engagement and build vibrant communities around our bingo card competitions.

Key Responsibilities

Subreddit Creation and Development

• Establish subreddits dedicated to bingo card competitions for football, TV shows, and special events.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow subreddit membership and participation.
• Ensure all activities comply with Reddit's policies and guidelines.

Community Management and Engagement

• Regularly post engaging content, including competition announcements, updates, and discussion topics.
• Organise and manage bingo card competitions within the subreddits.
• Interact with community members, responding to comments and messages promptly.
• Moderate subreddits to maintain a positive and inclusive environment.

Content Creation and Promotion

• Produce compelling and shareable content tailored to Reddit's audience.
• Collaborate with our team to align subreddit activities with our overall marketing strategy.
• Utilise Reddit's features effectively to enhance visibility and user engagement.

Analytics and Reporting

• Monitor and analyse subreddit performance using Reddit analytics and other tools.
• Provide regular reports on community growth, engagement levels, and user feedback.
• Adjust strategies based on insights to optimise community engagement and growth.

Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in creating and managing successful Reddit communities.
• Deep understanding of Reddit culture, trends, and best practices.
• Strong content creation and copywriting skills tailored to online communities.
• Experience in organising online competitions or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Desirable Skills

• Background in marketing within the gambling or entertainment sectors.
